If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item unused and in original condition with packaging intatct, within 14 working days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
For items held over 14 days, return of goods shall be subject to prior written agreement and down to the sole discretion of Guhring Limited.
The Customer will inspect the Goods as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and will notify the Company by e-mail of any shortages, defects in the Goods or any other complaint in respect of them within 14 days. If the Customer fails to comply Guhring will not be held legally liable in respect of any other complaint which should have been brought to our attention within this period.
When sending a return, please mark the parcel CUSTOMER SERVICES, quoting your invoice number and the reason for the return.
